What foods are good sources of calcium?

Milk products, such as low fat and nonfat milk, cheese, and yogurt, are excellent sources of this mineral.

Milk provides approximately 300mg. of calcium per cup.

Other good sources of calcium include dark green leafy vegetables, broccoli, calcium-fortified orange juice, canned fish with the bones, cottage cheese, and cooked dried beans and peas.
